About Me

Hello! Massage therapy has been my passion for many years after experiencing the many benefits in my own health.  I have been an active massage therapist since 2007.  Practicing in various environments such as my own business, a spa, a hospital and a chiropractic office along with instructing in massage therapy programs.  I have worked with a wide range of clients, which guided me down a path of continuous learning and research in this field.

I am a certified Prenatal Massage therapist with Kelly Lott, a Craniosacral therapist through the Upledger organization and enjoy therapeutic as well as relaxation massage.  I provide lymphatic drain, neuromuscular therapy, have experience with cancer massage, focused massage for problem areas, recovery from injuries, and have worked with challenging conditions. Please see my services page for an explanation of some of the massage techniques I am experienced in. I have many hours of continuing education and experience in various massage techniques. Please see the list of some conditions that I am confident and experienced working with on my home page.  There are many more conditions not listed.

My love for massage therapy led me to 11 years of teaching in the massage therapy field in Brookfield and Madison College.  Sharing my passion for massage therapy and assisting new students has been very rewarding to my career.

Your massage session begins with communication and sharing information such as where you would like focused time if you are experiencing any issues, favorite areas to spend more time, pressure level, any accommodations that you may need such as pillows, temperature changes, positioning, etc.  Discussing your post session goals is important also. I will offer suggestions on massage techniques that I am experienced in that can address your goals and wishes. Together we develop a massage session, and ultimately you choose the the plan for the session.  I will answer questions and guide you along the way.  Your comfort and safety is my priority as well as making sure that your needs are met.

I feel that educating you in ways that massage therapy can assist to benefit your health and wellness as well as self care ideas between your sessions for maintenance is important.

Take the step to enhanced health and wellness with massage therapy.
